  • Illegal Activities: Any use of the Service in connection with illegal activities under applicable local, national, or international law.
  • Harassment: Using the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others.
  • Money Laundering: Using the Service to launder money or facilitate financial crimes.

  • Successful verification: No refunds are provided if an SMS code was successfully received.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CapySMS, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8.4 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and any consequences thereof. We are not liable for any actions taken against you by third parties as a result of your use of our Service.
